Delivery terms, fees and times across Bukhara and Uzbekistan
We deliver orders from the NSB.uz store across Uzbekistan. After you order, our operator contacts you to confirm availability, price, delivery time and payment method. The order is accepted once the operator has confirmed it.
Free delivery
Orders of 500,000 UZS or more are delivered free within Bukhara city. Other regions and smaller orders pay the regional fee from the table below.

Express delivery is available for an extra 30,000 UZS. The final total is shown at checkout.
Delivery times
- Within Bukhara city — on the day of the order or the next day.
- Other regions — 1–3 business days.
The exact time is agreed with our operator. If weather, transport or other reasons beyond our control change the timing, we will let you know.
Store pickup
You can collect your order free of charge from our store at 19 Mustaqillik St, Bukhara (next to Safiya confectionery), daily 09:00–20:00.
Receiving your order
When you receive the goods, check in the courier’s presence that the packaging is intact and that the product name, quantity, contents and appearance are correct. If you find damage, missing items or the wrong product, you may refuse it or have this noted on the delivery document. Damaged goods are replaced at our expense.
