How much does a solar panel cost?
The price depends on the capacity and ranges from 5 to 50 million UZS. Contact our specialist for an exact quote.
How long does solar installation take?
For a typical home, delivery and installation of a solar system take 3–7 days. Larger projects are scheduled by agreement.
How long do solar panels last?
Modern solar panels effectively work for 25-30 years. Panel manufacturers give a power output warranty of up to 25 years; the store warranty period for other products is shown on the product page.
What documents are needed?
Only property documents and ID. We will help prepare the remaining documents.
Do they work in cold weather?
Yes, solar panels work effectively even in cold weather. The key requirement is sunlight.
What payment methods do you accept?
On delivery or pickup you can pay in cash or by bank card (Uzcard, Humo, Visa), or through the Click, Payme and Uzum apps. Companies pay by bank transfer against an invoice. Installments for 3, 6 or 12 months are arranged through Uzum Nasiya, Alif and TBC. The payment method is agreed with our operator when the order is confirmed.
Is the product in stock?
Every product card and page shows its status: “In stock” or “Out of stock”. Out-of-stock items cannot be added to the cart. After you order, our operator confirms availability by phone. If the item has run out, we offer an alternative, a waiting time or cancelling the order.
Do you repair computers and printers?
Yes. Our service centres repair computers, laptops and printers, refill and remanufacture cartridges, install Windows, and do cleaning and thermal paste replacement. Diagnostics are free; we quote the final price after diagnostics and never start a repair without your approval. Within Bukhara a courier collects the device free of charge and brings it back after the repair. Prices and the request form are on the Services page.
How is a solar system calculated?
In the solar calculator you enter your monthly electricity use (kWh), your city and the system type (on-grid, hybrid or off-grid). It shows the capacity you need, the number of panels, annual output, savings, an estimated price and the payback period. The result is an estimate: savings never exceed your consumption, and a specialist confirms the exact price after a site visit. Request a free site survey.
Do you issue invoices to companies?
Yes. Companies pay by bank transfer against an invoice. For wholesale and corporate purchases, send a B2B request or contact our operator.
How do I make a warranty claim?
Call our operator or message us on Telegram (@nsb_corporation) with your order number and a description of the fault. Bring the item with its warranty card and receipt to our service centre at 19 Mustaqillik St, Bukhara. Diagnostics determine the cause of the defect; if it is covered, the item is repaired or replaced free of charge. Details are on the Warranty page.
Do you offer installments?
Yes. You can pay in 3, 6 or 12 monthly installments via Uzum Nasiya, Alif and TBC — you only need your passport to apply.
How long does delivery take and how much does it cost?
Within Bukhara city we deliver the same or the next day; other regions take 1–3 business days. Delivery costs 15,000 – 45,000 UZS depending on the region. Orders of 500,000 UZS or more are delivered free within Bukhara city. Details are on the Delivery page.
