2.2. This offer is drawn up in accordance with the public offer provisions of the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the laws “On Consumer Protection” and “On Electronic Commerce”.
2.3. Product descriptions, images and specifications on the Website are for information only. The manufacturer may change the appearance, colour or package contents without prior notice. Please confirm the features that matter to you with the operator when your order is confirmed.
2.4. Design and installation of solar power plants, corporate (B2B) supplies and other complex work may be carried out under a separate written contract. In that case, the separate contract prevails.

3.2. From the moment of acceptance the contract is deemed concluded in simple written form. The electronic order and its confirmation evidence the conclusion of the contract.
3.3. The version of the offer in force when the order is placed is stored with the order. On registration, the acceptance date and document versions are stored in your account.
3.4. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the details provided (name, phone, address). The Seller is not liable if an order cannot be fulfilled because of incorrect details.
4.Orders and prices
4.1. All prices are in Uzbek soum. The Buyer pays the price shown on the Website at the time the order is placed. Later price changes do not affect a confirmed order.
4.2. The final order total (goods, delivery, express delivery) is calculated by the server and shown on the checkout page.
4.3. After the order is placed, the Seller's operator calls or messages the Buyer to confirm availability, price, delivery and payment method. The order is accepted for fulfilment once the operator confirms it.
4.4. If a price or description on the Website is obviously wrong because of a technical error (for example, several times below the market price), the Seller will tell the Buyer when confirming the order. The Buyer may confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it free of charge. Any payment already made is refunded in full.
4.5. If an item is out of stock, the Seller will inform the Buyer and offer an alternative, a waiting period or cancellation of the order.
4.6. The Seller may limit the quantity of the same item in a single order (currently up to 10 units). For wholesale and corporate purchases, please submit a B2B request.
4.7. The Buyer may cancel an order free of charge at any time before it is dispatched. To cancel, call the operator or write to us on Telegram.
5.Payment
5.1. The payment method is agreed with the operator when the order is confirmed. Available methods are cash or bank card (Uzcard, Humo, Visa) on delivery, payment apps (Click, Payme, Uzum), and bank transfer against an invoice for legal entities.
5.2. The Website does not ask for or store bank card details. Card payments are processed by the payment system or the bank.
5.3. Instalment plans are arranged through partner organisations (for example, Uzum Nasiya, Alif and others) on their terms. Monthly payments shown on the Website are estimates. The final terms are confirmed by the partner. More: Instalments.
5.4. The Buyer receives a payment document (receipt) in accordance with the law.
6.Delivery
6.1. Goods are delivered throughout the Republic of Uzbekistan. The delivery fee depends on the region chosen in the order and is shown at checkout. Express delivery may be available for an additional fee.
6.2. Free delivery may apply to orders above a set amount. Current terms, regions and delivery times are on the Delivery page.
6.3. The delivery time is agreed with the operator. If it changes because of weather, transport or other reasons beyond the Seller's control, the Seller will notify the Buyer.
6.4. Delivery is carried out by the Seller or by courier and postal services engaged by the Seller. The risk of accidental loss of or damage to the goods passes to the Buyer when the goods are handed over to them.
6.5. If the Buyer cannot be reached at the agreed time or is not at the address, a repeat delivery may incur an additional fee.
7.Receiving the goods
7.1. On delivery, the Buyer (or their representative) checks, in the courier's presence, that the packaging is intact and that the name, quantity, contents and appearance of the goods are correct.
7.2. If external damage, missing items or the wrong goods are found, the Buyer may refuse the goods or have this noted in the delivery document. Damaged goods are replaced at the Seller's expense.
7.3. Signing the delivery document confirms that the goods were received in full and without external damage. Hidden defects are handled under the “Warranty” section of this offer.
8.Returns and exchanges
8.1. Within 10 days of purchase (not counting the day of purchase) the Buyer may exchange non-food goods of proper quality for the same or other goods, or, if no suitable goods are available, return them and receive a refund.
8.2. Conditions: the goods have not been used; their presentation, consumer properties, seals, labels, packaging and full set of contents are preserved; and there is a receipt or other proof of purchase.
8.3. Goods of proper quality cannot be returned if they are on the list approved by the Cabinet of Ministers, or if they were specially assembled or configured to the Buyer's order (for example, a custom-built PC or activated software licences). For such goods the rules on defects apply.
8.4. Refunds for returned goods are made after the Seller receives and inspects the goods, by the original payment method or another agreed method. Delivery costs for returning goods of proper quality are borne by the Buyer.
8.5. To return or exchange goods, call the operator or write to us on Telegram, quoting the order number.
9.Warranty
9.1. Goods come with the manufacturer's or Seller's warranty. The warranty period is shown on the product page, the warranty card or the receipt. More: Warranty.
9.2. If a defect appears during the warranty period, the Buyer may, in accordance with the law, demand free repair, replacement with the same product, a proportionate price reduction, or termination of the contract with a refund.
9.3. To establish the cause of a defect, the Seller may carry out a technical inspection (diagnostics). The Buyer has the right to be present.
9.4. The warranty does not cover defects caused by breach of the rules of use, storage or transport, mechanical damage, liquid ingress, power-grid faults, unauthorised repair or natural wear. In such cases repair is offered as a paid service.
9.5. Solar panels, inverters and batteries are covered by the manufacturer's warranty terms (including any power-output warranty) and by the terms of a separate installation contract.
10.Repair and other services
10.1. Service requests are accepted via the Website, by phone or on Telegram. Prices and times on the Website are estimates, and the exact price is given after diagnostics.
10.2. Devices are received against an intake record (receipt) showing the model, serial number, external condition, accessories and the fault reported by the Buyer.
10.3. After diagnostics, the Seller agrees the list of work, price and time with the Buyer. Additional work or spare parts are only carried out or fitted with the Buyer's consent (verbal, on Telegram or in writing). If the Buyer declines the repair and the price of diagnostics was announced in advance, the Buyer pays for the diagnostics.
10.4. The courier service collects the device from the Buyer's address and returns it after repair. The courier fee is agreed in advance.
10.5. The warranty period for the work performed and the parts fitted is stated in the intake or hand-over record.
10.6. The Buyer is advised to back up their data before handing over a device. The Seller accesses personal data on the device only to the extent needed for the repair. Data recovery is a separate service. The Seller is not liable for data lost as a result of the fault.
10.7. If a device is not collected within 30 days of notice that it is ready, the Seller may charge for further storage. Devices left uncollected for a long time are disposed of in accordance with the law, after prior written notice to the Buyer.
11.Liability
11.1. The parties are liable for failure to perform, or improper performance of, their obligations in accordance with the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
11.2. The Seller is not liable for indirect losses caused by improper use of the goods, a wrong choice of goods (failure to meet the Buyer's own technical requirements) or interruptions in the services of third parties (telecom operators, payment systems, partner organisations). This does not limit the consumer's statutory rights.
11.3. Information on the Website (calculators, solar savings estimates, instalment estimates) is indicative and is neither a public offer nor a guarantee.
12.Force majeure
12.1. The parties are released from liability where failure to perform is caused by force majeure (natural disasters, hostilities, epidemics, decisions of public authorities, large-scale power or communications outages, etc.).
12.2. The affected party must notify the other party of such circumstances as soon as possible. If the circumstances last more than 30 days, either party may cancel the order. Any payment made is refunded.
13.Dispute resolution
13.1. Disputes are settled through negotiation first. The Buyer sends a claim through the operator, Telegram or email, stating the order number, the problem and the remedy sought.
13.2. The Seller reviews the claim and responds within 10 days of receiving it. Where the law sets a different period, that period applies.
13.3. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is settled in court in accordance with the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan. A consumer may also bring a claim in the court of their place of residence. The right to apply to the authorised state body for consumer protection is preserved.
14.Personal data
14.1. By accepting the offer, the Buyer consents to the processing of their personal data for fulfilling orders and providing services in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Personal Data”.
14.2. What data is collected, who it is shared with, how long it is kept and what rights the Buyer has are set out in the Privacy Policy.
15.Account and user content
15.1. To register, you enter your name, email, phone number and password and confirm the account via Telegram. The user must keep the password secret and is responsible for actions taken from their account.
15.2. Reviews, the Lobby chat, tournaments and support messages must not contain unlawful, abusive or advertising content, or content that infringes the rights of others. The Seller may remove such content and restrict the offender's account.
15.3. Users keep authorship of their reviews and messages and grant the Seller a free, non-exclusive right to display them on the Website.
16.Changes to the offer
16.1. The Seller may amend the offer unilaterally. A new version takes effect when it is published on the Website with a version number and a “Last updated” date.
16.2. Changes do not apply to orders placed before they take effect. Such orders are governed by the version in force when the order was placed.
